• Master Policy Insurance - Proof of Insurance updated for 2024/2025.
  

• Please check your Condo Insurance Policy (H06) and verify you have the correct Master Policy Deductible ($2,500) coverage. Please see Declaration of Trust and ByLaws, Page 26 Section F.   It is up to all Unit Owners to have their personal Condo insurance cover the Master Policy Deductible if any insurance claims are submitted and approved against the Master Policy.  Any insurance claims being submitted against MASTER POLICY should be sent to the Board of Trustees first.
