Conservation Restriction & Public Access

This is the legal document regarding the conservation land that abuts our property.  This land was sold by our developer (GRANTOR) to the Town of Shirley (GRANTEE)  for $1.00.  The Longley Trace Association doesn't have any financial obligations to manage this land, but we are required to provide public access to it.

Private Way Covenant

This is the legal document that made our roadway private "in perpetuity."

Certificate of Insurance
